Jasmine is a young talented individual. From an early age she had an interest in music, art, writing, speaking, acting, modeling, and being an entrepreneur. She wrote her first song at the age of 4 and started her first business, Jazzy In The Kitchen - a Kids' Cooking Show, when she was just six years old. At sixteen, she became a published author in the anthology, The Cards Of Life, where she discussed her struggles with her physical disabilities and how she came to manage them so they don't take over her life.
After publishing her book, Jasmine began to speak out to young people about positive mental health, affirmations, and suicide awareness. When asked whether is makes her nervous to speak to all those people, her reply was simply, "Yes, but someone has to do it."
Jasmine's music career is no less impressive. In school, she played the steel drums and took lessons in piano and guitar for a short time. A few years later, she won the first round of a local radio karaoke contest at the age of 14. She took the prize money and immediately invested in a ukulele, though she had never held one before. Three days later, she had written her first ukulele song, "Feelings." Within a few weeks, she was featured on the Magic95.3 radio show, Today's Best Soundemonium, singing her original music. In addition, an article was written on her in the Lawton Constitution! At the end of 2019, Jasmine was listed as the "One to Watch" in local musical talents.
Though she was born in Washington State, she now calls Southwest Oklahoma her home. For more articles, videos, and photos, check out the Gallery page.
